Consultations are conducted online or by phone and include a full written summary of everything discussed, along with one customized herbal recommendation.
Reiki Therapy
Reiki is a Japanese energetic practice that supports the movement and flow of energy within the auric field. Through carefully chosen frequencies and live instruments, this practice surrounds the listener in sound vibration and frequency that may influence brainwave patterns and help the body shift into a more restorative mode. It combines harmonic instruments and steady rhythmic tones, offering a supportive environment for relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous-system reset.
sacral Steaming
A soothing, ritualistic practice in which warm, herbal infused steam is directed toward the pelvic area, traditionally used in many cultures as a gentle form of reproductive self-care. The service includes an in-depth consultation with a Peristeam Hydrotherapist, a personalized steam protocol, and a one month supply of custom formulated herbal steam blend. (Steam stool and ceramic pot are not included.)
