Earthensoul products are uniquely handcrafted and infused with love, blessing prayer, reiki and sound energy.
Your order will be sent via USPS. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package ships. Please know that I am always working towards getting your orders out to you, but I am a one woman show with no employees. This means I make everything from formulating, processing, packaging and shipping out. I really appreciate your patience and support. I am filled with gratitude for your understanding with my craft and process.
Any shipping time starts after the package has shipped, which can be up to 4 business days from the purchase. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final. I hope that you absolutely love Earthensoul products. If there is any reason that we did not meet your needs or if there are issues with your order, please contact us at earthensoul.la@gmail.com. Exceptions to a full refund and returns are: books, art collectibles and seasonal botanical bundles. All services and classes are final sales. Any clearance and sale items are final sales.
Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products:
Lost or damaged items due to shipping are not refundable or returnable. Please contact USPS to file a claim. *Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as our products affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.
Delayed / Lost Packages:
Most of the time, our packages arrive on time. On occasion a package will get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS or UPS at 800-742-5877 and they are usually able to locate the package.
If you order using USPS First Class Mail, please note there is no insurance and should the package be lost, we will not replace it.
If you would like insurance please use USPS Priority Mail which does come with either $50 or $100 in insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim. Insurance claims and USPS service issues must be directed to USPS. Earthensoul cannot resolve issues on behalf of USPS.
We are not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox.
Coupon Codes and Discount Codes:
Coupon codes and discount codes are not eligible for refunds and cannot be applied retroactively once an order is placed. If you wish to receive our newsletter which occasionally contains coupon codes you can sign up on earthensoul.org
